When you book accommodations on Humane Travel, and have received
a confirmed reservation, the accommodations will be reserved for you when you
arrive. If, for any reason, the host
provider overbooks, gives away your room, loses or fails to honor your confirmed
reservation, or your confirmed reservation is otherwise not available when you
arrive to check-in, we will work to make it right. Inform us immediately, and we will work
directly with the host provider and, if necessary, arrange for alternative
accommodations that are comparable or better to those originally booked. And, we will do this at no additional cost
